Shipping and Returns


Where do we deliver?

We ship within Australia with Australia Post's Standard or Express Shipping. Packages will arrive the next day for metro customers, within 1-3 business days for regional customers and within 3-5 business days for remote customers. We do not accept responsibility for any delays due to Australia Post. However, we will help you get your package as soon as possible.  

Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsibile for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Signature is required on delivery for your security, and if you are not home at the time of the delivery you will be left a card in your letterbox, and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office.  In the case of Authority to Leave, we will not take resonsibility for delivery of the package as we cannot verify identity without a signature.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Chic Clothing Co cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

  • Australia Post Standard - $9.95
  • Australia Post Express - $14.95
  • Pick up from store - Free 

Express Shipping

  • Tuesday  - Friday:  Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be sent out first thing the next business day, orders placed after this time on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the Monday morning
  • Saturday - Sunday: Post Office Closed

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.


It's important to us that you love your purchase from Chic Clothing Co. However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan, and if you purchase an item that you're not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we can offer a store credit for you to purchase an alternate size or product. We do not offer refunds, however we do offer credit notes for returns, that are active for twelve (12) months.

We are more than happy to take requests and order in items for you, but there will be NO returns on those items (unless of course they are faulty).

If you're unhappy with your item and would like to return it, please review our check list below to ensure you are eligible:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached
  • We do not accept returns on sale items (sale items are permanelty marked down items situated in sale section) 
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the order being delivered to you 
  • Any items returned outside of these timeframes will not be accepted. Sorry!
  • We recommend using a trackable post method as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit, please record your tracking number incase the parcel goes missing. Chic Clothing Co CANNOT be held responsibile if this occurs
  • Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer

Please return your item along with your completed returns form to the address below. You can find your returns slip in the original satchel that we sent your order in. Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will authomatically be returned to the sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.

Whats Next?
Once we receive your return, we will process it within seven (7) business days and send you an email to let you know your credit has been applied and will inform you on how to use it.


  • Credit Notes are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue
  • We don't offer exchanges.  If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s you can place a new order using your web credit note
  • Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it doesn't meet the conditions mentioned above.  The item will then be returned to the sender


  • We will process all of our returns within two (2) business days of receiving your items
  • You will receive an email with your return approval information whenthe return has been received and inspected
  • Reminder returns by standard postage can take approximately a week to receive the returned goods, while express postage should take approximately three (3) days to receive the returned goods




  • ​If you believe your garmet has a fault, please email immediately and title the email FAULTY GARMENT RECEIVED, please include in the email your name, invoice number and photos of the fault and we will endeavour to make this as our highest priority.
